Standard Creator-to-Consumer Content Agreement

1. Parties And Purpose

This agreement is between the Creator, who offers the content for access on the platform, and the Guest, who purchases or unlocks the content for personal viewing. FansStack acts as the platform provider and may facilitate payment, hosting, access control, moderation, and enforcement of platform rules.

The purpose of this agreement is to permit limited personal access to selected digital content while protecting the Creator’s ownership and preventing unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation.

2. Limited Viewing License Scope

When a Guest pays for a subscription or unlocks a specific post, the Creator grants the Guest a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal viewing license to stream, display, or interact with the selected media asset only through the platform and only for lawful personal use.

This license does not give the Guest any ownership interest in the content, any right to sublicense the content, or any right to use the content outside the platform unless the Creator expressly authorizes a different use in writing.

3. What Is Allowed

Subject to this agreement and any creator-specific restrictions, the Guest may:

• View unlocked content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Access the content through the platform interface during the active license period.
• Save content only where the platform explicitly provides a lawful save or download feature and only for uses that remain consistent with the license terms.
• Retain access to purchased content only for the duration allowed by the Creator, the product terms, and the platform’s applicable policies.

4. Strict Use Prohibitions

Guests must follow these strict operational rules regarding unlocked media:

• You are strictly prohibited from copying, ripping, recording, screen-capturing, downloading, re-uploading, or storing content outside the platform unless the platform or Creator specifically permits that action in writing.
• You may not share, leak, publish, mirror, distribute, transmit, sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise provide creator materials to third parties, file hubs, torrent indexes, social platforms, forums, or messaging channels.
• You may not remove watermarks, metadata, copyright notices, access controls, or security markers embedded in the content.
• You may not use licensed media assets for any commercial purpose, advertising purpose, resale, resale-adjacent activity, promotional activity, or brand endorsement without written permission.
• You may not reverse engineer, scrape, automate, or use any technology intended to bypass platform restrictions, paywalls, or content controls.
• You may not misrepresent ownership of the content or claim any authorship, authorship credit, or exclusive rights in the material.

5. Creator Ownership And Rights

The Creator keeps all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content, including derivative rights, display rights, reproduction rights, distribution rights, adaptation rights, and all rights not expressly licensed to the Guest.

Any brand name, creator name, profile name, logo, watermark, caption, or other associated platform branding remains the property of the respective rights holder and may not be reused in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

6. License Term And Revocation

The license begins when payment is successfully processed and the content becomes available to the Guest. The license remains active only for as long as the purchase, subscription, or access package remains valid and in good standing.

The Creator or FansStack may suspend, revoke, or terminate access at any time if the Guest violates this agreement, attempts unauthorized sharing, engages in fraud, or otherwise breaches platform rules or applicable law.

7. Refund Policy Interaction

Revocation for misuse, leakage, or other breach does not require a refund. If a refund is offered by platform policy, creator policy, or applicable law, that refund will be handled separately and may be withheld where the Guest has already used, abused, or violated the license.

Nothing in this agreement requires the Creator or FansStack to refund access fees solely because the license has been terminated for cause.

8. Enforcement And Remedies

Violating this license may result in immediate termination of access, account suspension, content takedown requests, preservation of evidence, and other enforcement measures permitted by law. FansStack may also cooperate with creators, payment partners, and law enforcement where necessary.

Depending on the circumstances, the Creator and FansStack may seek injunctive relief, platform-level remedies, and civil claims for unauthorized use, distribution, or infringement.

9. Watermarking And Traceability

The platform may use watermarking, metadata, transaction logs, session identifiers, and other traceability tools to help protect content, identify unauthorized distribution, and enforce this agreement. Guests may not attempt to remove or obscure these features.

These measures are intended to protect creators and preserve evidence of misuse without limiting lawful platform activity.

10. User Responsibilities

The Guest is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. Guests should not permit another person to access paid content through their account unless the platform expressly allows account sharing for that product.

Guests are also responsible for understanding and following the terms that apply to each content purchase, subscription package, or special access offer.

11. Platform Role

FansStack may act as host, processor, intermediary, or service provider depending on the transaction. The platform may enforce rules, manage access, preserve records, process notices, and remove content where required for safety, legal compliance, or policy violations.

Nothing in this agreement makes FansStack the owner of creator content unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

12. Changes To This Agreement

FansStack may update this agreement from time to time to reflect product changes, legal changes, or enforcement practices. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect means the Guest accepts the updated version as applicable to future access.

13. Final Terms

If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. No waiver of a breach will be treated as a waiver of any future breach.

This agreement is intended to operate together with the platform Terms of Service, privacy notices, creator-specific rules, and any other policy or purchase terms shown before checkout or access.
