Overview

FansStack respects copyright protections and responds to reports of intellectual property infringement in accordance with applicable law, including the DMCA where relevant. If you believe material on FansStack infringes your rights, you may submit a proper notice for review and possible removal.

1. Submitting an Infringement Notice

If your copyrighted content has been uploaded to FansStack without permission, you must submit a formal takedown request to our designated copyright contact. A valid notice should be complete and specific enough for us to locate the material at issue.

2. Required Notice Elements

Your notice should include the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on FansStack, including relevant URLs or profile links.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

We may require additional information before acting on a request if the notice is incomplete, unclear, or cannot be reasonably verified.

4. Counter-Notice Procedures

If content you uploaded was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice should include your name, contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, and any other information required by applicable law.

5. Misuse and Liability

Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may create legal liability. FansStack may decline to process abusive submissions, preserve records of misuse, and take enforcement action where appropriate.

6. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly submit or distribute infringing content, consistent with our policies and applicable law.
