Human Rights & Anti-Trafficking Policy
FansStack is committed to operating in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. We do not tolerate modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or abuse in any part of our business, platform operations, creator ecosystem, vendor relationships, or supply chain.
This policy explains the steps FansStack takes to identify, prevent, detect, respond to, and report risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking. It applies to our employees, officers, contractors, service providers, creators, vendors, and any third parties that support or use our services.
FansStack expects all users, partners, vendors, and contractors to comply with applicable human rights laws, labor standards, and our platform rules. Any conduct that involves exploitation, coercion, trafficking, or abuse is prohibited and may result in account suspension, contract termination, or referral to law enforcement.

Our Commitment
FansStack recognizes that modern slavery and trafficking are serious violations of human rights. These practices may include slavery, servitude, forced labor, bonded labor, involuntary domestic servitude, debt bondage, child exploitation, or trafficking for sexual or labor exploitation. We are committed to maintaining a platform and workplace that respects dignity, safety, autonomy, and lawful consent.
We take a risk-based approach to preventing harm and continuously improve our processes as laws, threats, and industry standards evolve. We seek to protect creators, fans, workers, and any individuals who may be vulnerable to coercion or exploitation.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
- FansStack employees, officers, directors, and contractors.
- Creators using the platform to publish, distribute, or monetize content.
- Vendors, agencies, suppliers, moderators, consultants, and technology providers.
- All commercial or operational relationships connected to FansStack services.
Risk Areas We Monitor
We monitor a number of areas where risks may arise, including identity verification, content creation, creator onboarding, payment processing, vendor engagement, moderation workflows, outsourced services, and cross-border operational relationships.
Some areas may present higher risk than others, such as work performed through temporary agencies, offshore contractors, or third-party service providers operating in jurisdictions with elevated labor or trafficking concerns. Where appropriate, we apply enhanced diligence and additional controls.
Preventive Measures
FansStack uses multiple controls to reduce the risk of exploitation and unlawful conduct on the platform and in our business operations. These measures may include:
- Identity and age verification for creators and other relevant users.
- Review of suspicious onboarding activity or payment inconsistencies.
- Content moderation tools and manual review processes.
- Rules prohibiting exploitative, deceptive, or coercive content.
- Vendor and contractor due diligence, where appropriate.
- Internal policies that require lawful, ethical, and respectful conduct.
- Training for staff involved in moderation, trust and safety, compliance, and operations.
Content and Platform Enforcement
We prohibit the use of FansStack to facilitate trafficking, coercion, recruitment for exploitative activity, or the sharing of content that appears to depict abuse, lack of consent, or unlawful sexual or labor exploitation. When credible concerns arise, we may remove content, limit account access, preserve records, and escalate the matter for further review.
Where appropriate, FansStack may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict monetization, request additional verification, or report suspected illegal activity to the proper authorities or trusted safety partners.
Reporting Channels
We encourage users, employees, contractors, and the public to report concerns involving trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or unsafe working conditions. Reports may be submitted through platform tools, support channels, or designated compliance contacts.
Report concerns to:
Compliance / Safety Team
Email: compliance@fansstack.com
Or use the site’s reporting tools where available.
Response and Investigation
When a report is received, FansStack may review account activity, content, identity data, payment details, and related internal records. We evaluate the seriousness of the issue, determine whether there is an immediate safety risk, and take action based on the facts available.
Depending on the circumstances, our response may include account restrictions, temporary suspension, content removal, escalation to internal investigators, preservation of evidence, cooperation with authorities, or termination of business relationships.
Supplier and Partner Standards
We expect our suppliers, vendors, agencies, and service providers to operate in compliance with all applicable labor and human rights laws. Where relevant, we may require contractual commitments, representations, or policies confirming that forced labor, child labor, trafficking, and abuse are prohibited.
If a business partner fails to meet these expectations, FansStack may take corrective action, require remediation, or end the relationship.
Training and Awareness
FansStack provides training and internal guidance for employees and contractors whose roles may involve compliance, moderation, customer support, or partner oversight. Training may address trafficking indicators, abuse reporting, privacy, verification, escalation procedures, and record preservation.
We also update our processes periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, industry standards, risk conditions, and enforcement practices.
Continuous Improvement
This policy is intended to be reviewed and improved over time. FansStack may update this statement, strengthen detection tools, expand training, refine moderation procedures, and improve internal escalation channels as needed to better prevent exploitation and protect users.
Responsibility
Ultimate oversight of this policy rests with senior leadership. Day-to-day responsibility for implementation may sit with our legal, compliance, trust and safety, and operations teams, depending on the issue involved.
