Content Upload Policy
This Content Upload Policy explains what users may upload to FansStack, what formats and sizes are allowed, and what content is prohibited. It is intended to keep uploads safe, manageable, and consistent across the platform.

Overview
FansStack allows uploads only where the feature and account type permit it. We use file validation, moderation tools, and safety controls to reduce abuse, protect users, and keep the platform operating reliably.
This policy applies to profile uploads, creator uploads, and any other future feature that accepts user-submitted files.
1. Upload Permissions
Different account types have different upload permissions.
- Fans may upload a profile photo and banner for their own account.
- Fans may not publish feed posts, upload public media, or submit creator content unless they upgrade to creator status.
- Creators may upload approved photos, videos, and related media for posts, messages, and paid content.
- Creators may be required to complete identity or age verification before creator uploads are enabled.
2. Allowed File Formats
To keep uploads predictable and secure, FansStack only accepts supported formats for each feature.
- Profile photo: JPG, JPEG, PNG.
- Profile banner: JPG, JPEG, PNG.
- Creator image uploads: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF.
- Creator video uploads: MP4.
- Additional file types may be supported later only if explicitly listed in the feature settings or policy update.
3. File Size Limits
Uploads must remain within the size limits below. Files that exceed the limit are rejected automatically.
- Profile photo: up to 5 MB.
- Profile banner: up to 5 MB.
- Creator image uploads: up to 10 MB per file.
- Creator video uploads: up to 100 MB per file.
- Other file upload types, when enabled, may have separate limits defined in the feature itself.
These limits are intended to keep uploads fast, manageable, and compatible with cloud storage and delivery systems.
4. Content Standards
Users may upload only content they own or have permission to use. Uploads must comply with law, platform rules, and the rights of other people.
- No copyright infringement, piracy, or unauthorized redistribution.
- No content involving minors or appearing to involve minors.
- No non-consensual, exploitative, abusive, or coercive content.
- No hate, harassment, fraud, stalking, violence, or illegal activity.
- No malware, corrupted files, hidden executables, or deceptive attachments.
- No impersonation or misleading metadata intended to bypass moderation.
5. Adult Content Rules
FansStack may allow adult-oriented content only where it is legally permitted and consistent with the platform’s rules and safety requirements.
- All persons shown must be adults.
- Consent must be obtained wherever required by law or policy.
- Content may be restricted if it conflicts with payment provider, legal, or operational requirements.
- Creators are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content complies with local law and platform rules.
6. Scanning & Review
Uploaded files may be reviewed automatically before or after publication. We may use file-type validation, size checks, malware scanning, duplicate detection, metadata review, and human moderation where needed.
Content that is flagged may be delayed, restricted, or removed while it is being reviewed.
7. Storage & Delivery
Files may be stored and delivered using cloud infrastructure and content delivery systems to improve speed, security, and reliability.
- Files may be resized, compressed, or transcoded after upload.
- Original uploads may be retained for moderation, backups, or compliance.
- CDN delivery may be used to reduce latency and server load.
- Uploads may be rejected if they exceed supported format, size, or security thresholds.
8. Retention & Removal
We may retain upload records, moderation logs, hashes, and related audit data for safety, abuse prevention, disputes, and legal compliance.
We may remove or restrict uploads that violate this policy, create security risks, or are subject to a valid legal request.
9. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in file rejection, content removal, visibility limitations, warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination depending on severity and history.
Repeated violations or severe misconduct may lead to permanent loss of upload privileges or account termination.
10. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their uploads meet the policy requirements before submitting content. Users should also make sure they understand the rights, consent, and legal status of any media they upload.
Uploading content is a privilege, and FansStack may limit that privilege if it is abused.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in features, moderation rules, cloud infrastructure, or legal requirements. The version date on the page may be updated when changes are made.
If you believe a file was rejected incorrectly or need help understanding upload requirements, use the platform support or policy contact channel provided elsewhere on FansStack.
