18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A Record-Keeping Compliance Statement
This statement is intended to describe FansStack’s approach to compliance with federal record-keeping obligations relating to visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. It is provided for transparency and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, privacy disclosures, and safety rules.
FansStack does not permit the use of the platform to exploit minors, to distribute unlawful sexual content, or to facilitate trafficking, coercion, or other abusive conduct. We also reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with legal authorities when necessary.

Applicable Law
Federal record-keeping obligations for certain visual depictions are addressed in 18 U.S.C. § 2257, with related regulations in 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The U.S. Department of Justice also provides guidance and certification information regarding these requirements.
General Statement
Any person who appears in a visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on or through this website must be 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was produced. FansStack requires creators and other relevant users to comply with our verification and content policies before content may be published or monetized.
Third-Party Content
FansStack may host material supplied by users, creators, or third parties. Where applicable, those users remain responsible for the content they upload, submit, or distribute. Our role may be limited to hosting, transmitting, storing, retrieving, or formatting content made available through the platform.
We may remove content or restrict access if we determine, in our discretion, that it violates our policies or applicable law. This includes content that is obscene, unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, non-consensual, or otherwise inconsistent with the safety standards of the platform.
Exempt Materials
To the extent any content on the platform falls within a legally recognized exemption from federal record-keeping obligations, such content is treated in accordance with applicable law. FansStack makes no claim that a given category of content is exempt unless it has been reviewed under the relevant legal standard.
Designated Records Custodian
For materials that are subject to record-keeping requirements, FansStack designates a custodian of records or appropriate compliance contact to manage inquiries and records access. Upon proper request and where required by law, records may be made available to authorized inspectors or government authorities.

Record Retention and Access
